Rules of Engagement
1. We shall only accept payment with the provision of an insurance cover from our end. Meaning, when we strike a deal, we shall furnish the Client with an insurance cover (receipt of payment bond from reputable insurance companies in Ghana). Payment for works shall be in tranches ''securitized' by the insurance cover.
2. All related technical tests shall be done to be a check on quality of the structure or development
3. We shall sign a contract for the works which clearly states our obligations and our prospective Client obligations
4. All works shall be in phases with definite timeliness for execution.
5. Progress photograph to accompany phase completion
6. Our professionals shall be engaged on the project
